Returns
You have to return the product on the same day but in some unavoidable condition, you can return by one calendar day from the date you received it. (viz. if the product received on 01st June then at max you can return on 02nd June)
For the return of the product you need to give clarification why do you returning it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will have to bear shipping charges to and fro. Same is applicable for not approved returns.
If a shipment is returned back due not the availability of you, you will have to bear shipping charges.
For damage of products, it needs to have video proof start from package opening. Otherwise, it will not be considered as damage.
We are serving our best but a minor change in color may be observed due to the digital photography of the manufacturer. This will not be considered as a reason to return.
We supply best quality goods to you but it can possible to have a small change in color due to some unavoidable conditions such as climate, water contents, etc.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you (or original method of payment).
You will have to wait for 3 to 4 working days for a refund
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
